The Chainlink BUILD program fosters promising early-stage startups in Chainlink’s ecosystem. Participants receive enhanced access to essential Chainlink services and technical support in exchange for paying fees that incentivize Chainlink service providers, boosting the network’s cryptoeconomic security and advancing the web3 industry as a whole.
This week, noncustodial institutional liquid staking platform Dexponent announced it’s joining BUILD to leverage Chainlink’s oracle services in the effort to accelerate long-term adoption of blockchain technology and digital assets by providing compliant access to decentralized applications (dApps) and bespoke institutional products.
Dexponent helps institutions earn yield by securing decentralized infrastructure through staking in high-adoption networks while mitigating counterparty risk. By integrating foundational Chainlink services, the platform’s long-term goal is to become a hub for institutions and their customers to discover new web3 opportunities as well as a global stack for building secure, reliable consumer dApps.
Dexponent will utilize key Chainlink services such as Data Feeds and Proof of Reserve as well as Functions to help dynamically price trades and lending rates. As a member of BUILD, Dexponent will also receive access to new Chainlink product alpha and beta releases while increasing its adoption among dApps, digital asset service providers, and traditional financial institutions in Chainlink’s vast ecosystem.
Chainlink’s time-tested oracle network has delivered over 11.5 billion data points and enabled more than $9.7 trillion in transaction value onchain. As the industry-leading decentralized computing platform, Chainlink plays a fundamental role in both powering highly secure dApps and bringing the world’s largest financial institutions onchain.
In an official announcement, Dexponent co-founder Sid Pillai described the decision to join BUILD as a “no-brainer” because the platform inherently requires Chainlink’s oracle infrastructure. “Chainlink services are not only mission-critical for building Dexponent’s institutional platform, but Chainlink is the industry-standard gateway for institutions to onboard onto Web3,” he said.
