This week, DOMANI, an asset management protocol that allows users to mint, trade, redeem, and provide liquidity on non-custodial tokenized portfolios, announced it integrated Chainlink Price Feeds and CCIP across the Arbitrum and Polygon mainnets to support new institutional cross-chain use cases.
Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) is the industry-standard blockchain abstraction layer for leading DeFi protocols, decentralized exchanges, and traditional financial institutions. CCIP leverages Chainlink’s time-tested oracle infrastructure to achieve the highest level of cross-chain security and features a separate Risk Management Network that independently monitors cross-chain functions for suspicious activity.
As the industry-standard decentralized oracle network, Chainlink Price Feeds have enabled more than $12 trillion in onchain transaction value by delivering highly reliable market data to leading DeFi protocols. Price Feeds and CCIP belong to Chainlink’s comprehensive suite of decentralized services that are vital for creating, securing, and updating tokenized real-world assets and stablecoins throughout the growing multi-chain economy.
DOMANI is employing CCIP’s Simplified Token Transfer capabilities to facilitate cross-chain transfers of its native token, DEXTF, alongside the ETH/USD and BTC/USD Price Feeds to enable accurate conversions and display USD-equivalent balances, with the ultimate goal of unlocking cross-chain use cases that position DOMANI as a principal digital asset management infrastructure provider to major banks and financial institutions.
“Integrating the industry-standard Chainlink CCIP and Price Feeds is important for establishing DOMANI as the primary protocol for digital asset management,” said DOMANI Protocol’s CEO, Nicola Lanteri, in an official announcement. “Critically, Chainlink’s infrastructure meets the high standards required by institutions and we’re excited for the future possibilities it opens up for our ecosystem.”
