Recently, Chainlink Labs, the team behind Chainlink’s industry-standard web3 infrastructure, was named one of Fortune’s 2025 Best Medium Workplaces and 2025 Best Workplaces in Technology.
To produce its Best Workplaces lists, Fortune partnered with the people analytics firm Great Place To Work, which has surveyed employees around the world for 30 years and developed metrics to gauge workplace satisfaction and predict business retention, agility, and success.
The Fortune Best Medium Workplaces list was developed using confidential responses from more than 228,000 people working at companies with 100 to 999 employees in the U.S.
Chainlink Labs’ employees described an exciting, cutting-edge, world-changing atmosphere that values each person’s contribution.
“Chainlink Labs embodies an incredibly supportive team and a unique culture that truly sets us apart,” one employee wrote.
“Our leadership drives groundbreaking projects that redefine what’s possible. At our recent offsite, the enthusiasm was palpable, showcasing how our innovative spirit and impactful work make us a standout place to be. If you’re ready for something extraordinary, this is where you want to be.”
Fortune’s recognition demonstrates how, as a remote-first organization, Chainlink Labs is able to cultivate a strong international workforce.
Manavi Baveja, Head of Talent Management and Culture at Chainlink Labs, told Chainlink Today that ranking among globally recognized employers on a cross-industry list spotlights Chainlink Labs as a leading web3 organization that meets the highest standards of trust, collaboration, and innovation.
“This is a powerful reminder that our work not only drives impact in the industry but also inspires every member of our team,” she said.
“Culture always exists, but by curating it with intent, we turn it into an accelerator of both individual growth and our mission. With connections, ownership, focus, and honest dialogue at the core, our culture makes us one of the best places to grow a web3 career.”
Chainlink Labs reinforced its global web3 leadership as the only web3/blockchain/crypto company to make the Fortune Best Workplaces in Technology list, which was created based on feedback from 157,000 employees at eligible companies.
“You are given unlimited amounts of ownership and given the resources to get the best work done,” noted one team member at Chainlink Labs.
“People here genuinely love what they do and take pride in doing great work. The industry is new so the work itself is very exciting. Overall, this is my favorite job I’ve ever had.”
Chainlink Labs’ Chief People Officer, Giovana Totini, told Chainlink Today that independent awards, such as Fortune’s Best Workplaces, provide trusted third-party validation that Chainlink Labs is a place to grow and thrive for prospective candidates around the world.
“Boldness in technology takes courage – especially at the forefront of web3 innovation. At Chainlink Labs, we empower people to challenge limits, own their impact, and redefine what’s possible. This award affirms that our culture fuels the bold creativity and collaboration needed to lead the future of web3.”
