Chainlink Labs Ranked Number One On FlexJobs’ List Of Top 25 Companies Hiring For Remote Work

The world is rebounding from a disastrous recession to what is being called The Great Resignation. In America, millions are quitting their office jobs for more fruitful work-life balance, freedom from time-consuming commutes and the ability to live and work wherever they choose. The global shift to remote work isn’t just a win for employees; it’s also a win for cutting-edge companies hiring the sharpest minds from anywhere in the world.

As a remote-first global company, Chainlink Labs has grown to hundreds of team members in 34 countries over just the past few years. Due to its high volume of work-from-anywhere job openings during the first half of 2021, the company was recently ranked number one on FlexJobsTop 25 Companies That Hire for Work-From-Anywhere Jobs list.

“Long before the pandemic, we believed decentralization was a critical part of the work that we do, and there’s no exception to that in the hiring of top talent,” Mehdi Hasan, Head of Talent Acquisition at Chainlink Labs, said in a statement to Andy Medici, Senior Reporter at The Business Journals.

Chainlink is the world’s leading decentralized oracle network, securing billions of dollars in value for smart contracts across the decentralized finance (DeFi), insurance and gaming ecosystems. Just as Chainlink’s oracle technology is geared toward building an economical fair world, Hasan said Chainlink Labs is pursuing a fairer talent market.

“Everyone around the world should have the opportunity to work with us on this revolutionary project,” he said.

The company is utilizing popular social channels to mine top talent. In March, Chainlink Labs hosted its first Clubhouse hiring talk called “How To Build A Career In Crypto,” hosted by eight diverse team members. The conversation highlighted essential employee attributes and debunked some common misconceptions about working in the blockchain industry.

“No matter where you are in the world, if you put in effort, you will get noticed,” Community Lead Keenan Olsen, said during the Clubhouse session. More important than a potential job candidate’s geographic location is their involvement in the Chainlink community on social channels like Twitter, Discord and Telegram.

Current job openings at Chainlink Labs range from nontechnical positions that require no formal blockchain experience to highly technical roles that require an advanced understanding of hybrid smart contract architecture. Technical writers, DevOps engineers, product managers, community managers and technical recruiters are among the many open roles listed on Chainlink Labs’ career page
