The conversation highlighted essential employee attributes and debunked some common misconceptions about working in the blockchain industry.
“No matter where you are in the world, if you put in effort, you will get noticed,” Community Lead Keenan Olsen, said during the Clubhouse session. More important than a potential job candidate’s geographic location is their involvement in the Chainlink community on social channels like Twitter, Discord and Telegram.
